  1. I don't think anyone should cuss. I mean is it necessary? What do you gain? Who thinks it is cool and why?

  2. I swore since I was 12.

I have an amazingly dirty mouth, and I know my friends don't like it when I do it aloud in public and my parents don't know about it, I honestly think it's a personal thing. I want to swear, so let me.And I think the slipping out thing is bullshit.

  3. I used too...It was a bad habit...But I broke my bad habit...But yesterday I did drop the "F" bomb in the walmart parking lot. ME and my friend were acting silly waiting on my god mom to come to the car and I somehow hit my hand on the car and it hurt a lot. But it wasn't loud...My friend, she didn't even notice I said it until I told her.

  4. No, but, freedom of speech.

Sometimes I accidentally slip a curse word in my head tho...

Shall we form a club? To preserve our innocence! The anti-swearing society! Wait, the A.S.S.? Umm... let's pick a dif. name. lol, jk.

  5. It's only normal for thirteen year olds to know the swear words and know what they mean, but I don't think that it's right to swear intentionally. I agree that the words just "slip out" at times, it's only normal because we hear swearing so much everyday. Make sure you don't swear in front of adults or teachers, it doesn't make you seem like a very considerate or mature person.

Honestly, if someone was trying to kidnap me, I would be swearing like crazy! I usually do when I'm scared.

  6. I'm 13, and I never really curse, except for an occasional friggin. LoL, there's really no reason to curse.

You're right, it does make people sound like complete idiots!

Just try and work on it!

  7. I don't and Im 13..

Yess I admit sometimes they slip out when I get really mad but I don't go around saying it like its nothing..

  8. no shitttttttttttt shurlock sure cause it beats cuting yourself or dangling babies from balconies or kicking cats so a good way to express anger

  9. what makes "bad word" bad...

i mean like someone could easily find slang for the word "fork"....and then the word would become "bad"!

& then you were baaaad for saying it?!

  10. No, 13 year olds should not cuss. I actually don't like it when ANYONE swears. It's really unattractive and you are right, it does make you look like an idiot. It basically says to me "I have no self control and can't express myself correctly so I use swear words.'

  11. If slips out it doesn't matter much but just adding them in sentences for no reason then that's bad.

I recently ran into this 12 year old who swore and was from canada and was I'm all cool and I said soccer wasn't  a sport because I think it is like cheerleading and gymnastics. Just my opinion and she's like wow. She was swearin saying she's a babysitter and was saying bad word infront of a 3 year old and 6 yearold.

  12. Typically, a 13 year old just can't swear. They sound like an idiot trying too hard.. I can understand using swear words when you're angry/surprised because what comes out of your mouth is just a reaction and you didn't think about it. But, when you plan out what you're going to say, don't plan in a swear word-you'll just offend someone.

  13. I'm thirteen and I don't swear,it insults my intelligence,I also find it disgusting and trashy when I hear a swear word.I only would if I felt either a person I cared about or I was in any sort of danger, then I would go crazy. It's good you want to stop though, many people just don't care.So basically no.

  14. i cuss but i seem to get worse when i am mad and its nothing i notice its just habbit im 15 and i have been cussing for awhile

  15. h**l yes!THEY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO!!! i am 12 and cuss god. My little bro is 7 and our parents let him say h**l and c**p what's the big deal? God!  when I turn thirteen I will be able to say more than i freaking do now h**l.

  16. i actually recently decided to stop cussing as much. it's pretty easy for me to slow it down because after a few days of really watching what you say even when you're by yourself helps a lot...but i know a 13 yo who cusses a lot but it doesnt really matter to most ppl. u might not want to do it around girls u like.

  17. freedom of speech.

    Im 13, and I swaer.

I try not to, obviously because im nit proud of it.

Im not around it a lot either.

But my parents,[most strickt thing ever]

are okay with it, as long as it's not an everyday thing.

  18. When i was 13, everyone swore.. and they still do. You're not the only one. I think its fine, unless it gets out of hand and your saying a cuss word in every other sentence. Just watch what you say, it's fine if you occasionally say it.

  19. Yeah, I don't mean to swear, I just do.

  20. absolutely not... I wasn't even allowed to say sucks, blows or farts until I was an adult... over 18.

Children should have self respect, not to mention respect for others.

  21. Swearing makes you sound uneducated and isn't pleasant to hear no matter who's doing it. Hearing it from younger kids just makes me wonder what sort of parents they have. I would suggest that you find better words to use instead.

  22. You should control yourself and use substitutes like h**l for heck or c**p for darn or even better shoot. whenever it slips just keep a notebook and track how many times it slips per day. it'll work out eventually.

  23. I do not think that anyone should use profanity.

It shows an inability to express yourself in a mature manner, a lack of use of the English language, and ignorance.

  24. I'm 15 and I've been cursing since I was 11 (though never when I'm near my parents or strangers).

However, I don't think they should cuss, as it's a very bad habit. I'm trying to get rid of this habit, but it always comes up when I'm angry.

  25. as long as your parants are not around but im so not a swear person but my best friend is swearing is un natural to me unless you stub your toe or somthin then just wisper s*** or somthin

  26. I don't think it really matters.  Words are words.  Just don't make a point of cussing, and you'll be fine.

  27. No one should cuss.  It's just tacky and low class.  Not that I never do it, but it doesn't make you look good.  And when a 13 year old cusses (lots of them do) it does look like they are trying to be "cool", so I'd just try not to do it if I were you.

  28. its a habit, and completely understandable that u find it hard to control,

try thinking about what you are going to say before you say it, and make up replacements for cuss words like 'bullsheep' or something because those add more character anyways ^-^

  29. haha im 13 and i swear. i dont mean to do it. no one thinks i do it just because i want to be cool. we all do it at my school...even though its a catholic one :D

  30. I think 13 year olds should be able to swear but not a lot like in front of people at stores cause that would be rude!

  31. i swear it slips out its not like i do it all the time but i never swear around my parents i am 13
