  1. I suggest you learn how and why you were created before venturing into the more complex questions  ..Read about your  own creation by reading the conversations with God books by Neale Donald Walsch.  .If you read far enough into this series of books you will find the answer to the question you just asked.  Learning about God is much like learning mathematics  You cant start with calculus. God bless

  2. I don't care what the scientists say, PLUTO is, was, and ever shall be a planet.  So, it's the Earth and 8 other planets.

To answer your question, God did not create the Universe.  Man crated God.

  3. Humans will never know because we don't have a All-Knowing knowledge, like GOD does. We do not see the world like GOD does. But this is an interesting question.

  4. Personally, I believe that God created such a vast universe to show humans how magnificent and great he his.

  5. The Creator creates. Life in the universe is the norm not the exception.

Anyone who thinks we are alone hasn't done the math and exercised critical thinking. The best science we have today estimates tens of thousands of inhabited worlds in our galaxy alone.

  6. No

If God created the Universe, then he can not be in the form of humans.  He has to be a force that's bigger than the Universe.  He created insects, animals, plants, planets, stars...etc.  The Universe is so vast that the probability of Humans being the sole intelligent form of life is impossible.

Furthermore, I think there are extremely advance civilizations out there that maps out the Universe like we map out countries on Earth.  And they have technologies that we can not detect.

If the Universe has been around for 14-15 billion years, And Earth is about 4-5 billion years old.  Now imagine another civilization out there that's 1 billion year older than us.  That's a freaking long time for them to advance their technologies and study the Universe beyond our knowledge.  Their planet might even be 1000 times bigger than Earth, with resources in massive scale.

This is just my opinion.  =)

  7. Since the evidence for how the Universe became as it is now in no way needs a fictional sky pixie, this question is free of actual sense.

The Universe is, and it has been for about 14 billion years. So, our own solar system has only existed for the last 35% of the lifetime of the

Universe, and our species has only existed for well under 1% of the lifetime of the Universe.

If we give the Universe purpose, which is a human concept, what was the purpose of the Universe for the first 99% of it's lifetime ?

Anthropomorphizing ourselves onto the Universe is both ignorant and arrogant. Not to mention pointless and factless.
