Do Your Choices Of Dating People Get Narrowed To A Certain Race or w/e?

Well, not for me, I'm Asian, and I can date any girl of any race / ethnicity w/e you like to call it, as long as it is not a guy, that is what my oldest brother and dad told me lol. and me or my brother or dad have nothing against g*y people.

I must admit there are certain races I like (for instance, I've always had a thing for Asian guys, but I only dated one Asian guy) more than others but I'm willing to give anyone a chance as long as they are nice.

My mother is a bit racist though.

She claims to like black people (so much so that she cheers for them if we are wathing a gameshow since they've had so many hardships in the past) but she would have a heart attack if I ever brought home a black man and introduced him as someone I was seeing.

I do however narrow my choices down, to someone who likes to read, is interested in science and history, and if they like anime, it's a huge plus.

Well chu ive always been attracted to asian guys specially japanese guys. but im not gonna narrow my choice to just white guys. I mean if i like the guy and he likes me, and hes cute race doesnt matter to me. Skin color too he could be purple for all i care if hes sweet likes similar things isnt a cheater and is cute then ill date him.

I am usually attracted to asian guys and white guys, but there can be a few acceptions,I really can't help who I'm attracted to, I just like their style.  I have to agree with eternal zenith.

We're Chinese

My oldest sister is married to a White guy, and has been for the last 15 years.

My older sister is a butch Chinese L*****n who's been dating her White girlfriend for the past 6 years. Her girlfriend is pregnant (via a sperm donor clinic.. the sperm donor is Chinese, so the kid will be biracial, and my sister will adopt him/her and her own).

My older brother has always dated non-Asians.

My aunts and uncles on my mom's side are married to and have kids with either Black or White spouses.

Myself, since junior high I have always dated Black guys, Spanish guys, and White guys.

I have just started becoming interested (infatuated) with East-Asian men (I'm 23 years old by the way). My last ex is the first Chinese/Asian guy I have ever dated.

I have hung out more Asian guys recently than I have in my entire life.

I identify myself as a banana/twinkie whatever.

I felt I couldn't relate to alot of Asian guys before, but I really regret not being more open minded.

I do have a preference though... sort of..

I sort of like other twinkie Asian guys, but alot of them have egos, and as with any other people, I often feel like I'm not up to their standards... they're always with the stereotypical femme Asian girls or White girls.. (I think I'm a little too brash for them or something..,but I'm really a good person.. )

So I do have a choice, but I really like East-Asian men.

For starters, nice avatar.

That used to be the case when I was in high school, and there wasn't a lot of diversity to begin with. I am attracted to cute and smart girls, even though the majority of them just happen to have been Latinas. People would often associate that coincidence with a preference(or in some cases, self-hating), which isn't the case.

If I were in a place where diversity is great, then it would be nearly impossible for me to be attracted to one race over the other. In any case, I don't care about the race of a girl. If she is smart, attractive, is down to earth, has a good personality, and isn't a total beeyotch, then its all good in my book(i.e. my current girlfriend).

i try not to, but of course, being a black male, my dating outside of my race will be percieved as selling out and self-hatred rather than sheer openness, this all factors in.
