I take it that you do not have a full UK passport and have only refugee status. In that case, you will have difficulties entering Singapore. You will need special dispensation and extra guarantees to provide to the Singapore govt that you are a bona fide visitor. The small island state is very wary of people trying to enter and 'disappear' underground. You need to speak to the Singapore Embassy or risk being put on the plane back to the UK when you arrive.
