Do a birth mother have rights if she dose not have custody

i recently petition the courts for to terminate guardianship from the grandmother however the father has custody I'm just really stressed out and I'm going crazy i have at least 30 days before court do i have a chance

first of all are you the birth mother if you are then yes you still have rights custody doesn't matter do you have vistain rights have you been in contact with the child this whole time and why does the father have custody this are all question that will be asked in court so be ready and good luck

Not sure I really understand. Are you are the mother?  And the grandma is taking care of your child but the dad has custody? Is that right?  Why don't you have custody? I guess that will affect what the courts are going to say.
