Do ab belts really work?

They say they stimulate your muscles and are equivalent to doing 600 sit-ups.

But is that true?

Do they truly work?

  3. the ab belts do work i had a friend that had one it seemed like it was doing well for him but like every gadget it began to malfunction and started to shock him so be careful

    u should overload the muscle to make it stronger..

    so it will only stretch your muscles

  5. Unfortunately, people are looking to get fit and thin with no effort and in short periods of time.  This is not the way to do it.  I have a friend who has tried everything under the sun to no avail.

  6. absolutely not. It's NOT true. seriously anything that sounds too good to be true, usually isn't. All it's effects are temporary and a complete waist of time.

  8. my daughters classmate tried that. she lost a lot of weight and looked sickly. and a month later all the weight came back plus some more!
