Sure they might get off before hand, but not really an issue. If you ever saw them film a s*x scene, you'd find they are on a stage with 20-30 people around them, and the director telling them to do this or that.  It is a job, they just happen to be nude and simulating having intercourse.  I've heard several actors on talk shows say that they don't get excited at all  due to all the people around.

ok. I was in a pretty interesting acting club in high school- I can answer this.
