Do adult tooth extractions hurt more than baby tooth ones??

eck, i'm getting an adult tooth pulled out soon. I've had 4 baby teeth done before, so the idea isn't scary. I'm just worried if getting an adult tooth will be worse at all. It's the same procedure, just local anaesthetic, but wouldn't an adult tooth technically be harder to get out?? Do i need stitches or what?

Ahh, I hate not knowing what i'm getting into.

both will be the same. The injection will hurt, after that is simple.
