  1. Depends on who you work for.  What kind of company, what type of manuals and charts they use, and if they have a pilot union contract or not.

  2. yeap.but some pilot would like to use their own..headset...others r provided by the company..it ha to be updated periodically and maintain the current issue

  3. regaurding headsets usually an airplane will have a company purchased headset in it and the pilot may use that or i suppose use his own if he so wishes. company SOP dictates that. POH is an airplane specific thing when it comes to Boeings and to make the airplane legal to fly you'd better have the Operating handbook as well as Weight and balance. same way for the FCOM when talking about airbus. Charts are supplied by the company and most company's have large contracts with Jeppesen allowing them access to charts very cheaply compared to the prices everyone else gets their jepps for. United gives their pilots a 40 pound binder with charts for every serviced airport and sends them updated charts monthly.

  4. All these are provided by  the company/airline.
