  1. Yes - but they have to go into a hold. and must be strapped up as tight as it will go. All clips must be strapped, and tightened, including the support bands, head band (if your rucksack has one) and waist band)


  2. yes....but they'd have to go into the hold.  i would think they are a bit risky as once checked in...anybody could put drugs into your bags...for your own safety - i would put it into another bag/case.
