  1. Most airport do but it would be less expensive to pick one up at Target or a luggage shop before you leave home.


  2. most of the big airports do, just look for one that can be used in multiple countries.

  3. Not sure but Radio Shack does.

  4. I wouldnt count on it, cause if they don't you might be out of luck.

    Look on Ebay before you travel and make sure you have what you need.
