Do aliens sweat? Do planets have garbage?

Earth has garbage.

Earth is a planet.

Therefore at least one planet has garbage.

Other planets are starting to accumulate some garbage as disused exploratory rovers from earth are left on their surface.

As to the rest- if you ever meet an alien ask them (though on second thoughts it might be risky to ask if they sweat, same as  for earthlings lol.)

Another silly, impossible to answer question.  Sweating is an evolutionary trick to reduce excess temperature in some organisms.  Otherwise you would cook in your own juices.  Not recommended!!  Obviously aliens would have some sort of mechanism for getting rid of excess heat.  Sweat?  Who knows?  A number of mechanisms have evolved on earth over the Aeons.  Who knows what evolution could accomplish elsewhere.  

All intelligent races would have garbage.  Things break, wear out, or go out of fashion.  All human cultures have tossed out stuff.  Without that endearing trait, archaeology wouldn't exist.  It is basically the study of early human garbage.
