No, it's available only the EX-L and EX-L V6 Accords, and it's about $2500 extra.

You pay extra for one, like you do in the majority of cars out there, but you will notice where the navigation would be in lower models or models without navigation there is a screen which will give you radio information, climate control temps., etc....
