Do all 4 golfers need be present to get a walk on tee time @ Bethpage?

My understanding is that all 4 golfers need to get there @ 4:00 AM to get out at a decent time. Is that true or does only one person need to be there at 4:00 AM?

From what I can gather only one has to be present to get a tee time. But, don't foul up and appear with less than 4 players or you may be banned for a period of time.
