Do all African people naturally have afros?

Sorry if that's a naive question! I just read somewhere that all black people with straight hair have it either chemically treated or a weave so I was just curious if this was true or not!

I have relatives who have hair straight  vey kinky to nappy. All black people do not have weaves, perms. are can wear afro's

I'm black with textured large curly hair past 3 inches otherwise it is straight.

Both of my parents are black and native with some french and irish.
