I study in Australia and school starts and ends in about feb/jan.

but I want to take university in the U.S or the U.K. I worry that in the U.S and the U.K univeristy courses start all at september. Or am I just wrong, and it is your choice to pick when you want to start, at September or at January. Because if all courses start at sept and I cant choose to start in January then I will have to wait a year and I am not willing to.,

thanks.

  1. Usually at larger universities (i.e. state schools), you can start either in January or in September. You have to check with each school. Some schools even run on quarters instead of semesters, so you might even be able to find classes that start in Mar or April. However, you have to decide where you want to be (i.e. city, state) and start looking at the individual universities. Remember, the US is BIG and thereare hundreds if not thousands of universities!

  2. i start classes in the middle of August

    i live in the US

it depends on what skool you go to....what state ur in...that kinda stuff.

it is most definitely not your choice what day classes start!!

  3. At Victorville International University and American Centered University, classes start in end of August.

  4. In the UK it certainly usually starts in September - you'd have to ask the individual universities if they can be flexible. Modular courses might be. Not all courses are modular.

In the long run you may have to make a choice. Wait eight months or don't go to university where you want. Only you can make that decision, but personally I'd say that it's only eight months, your future is worth waiting that long for.
