Do all autism people are savant and genius? Cognitively gifted?

  4. No, not all autistic people have savant/genius abilities, but many of them have them.

No.  True savant-ism  is relatively rare.  Although 50 % of individuals with savant-ism are in fact autistic, only about 10% of people with autism are savants.  It is common for autistic individuals to have a much more noticeable "splinter effect" in their learning, that is, they may be at or  well above average in some areas of learning despite being below or far below average in other areas (like language and social skills).   "Neuro typical" individuals on the other hand generally learn on a more even level.   But if you consider the neuro-typical population and the incidence of gifted-ness, only about 1% are considered gifted. So I  guess if your greatest dream is to become a genius/savant, the odds favor you if you were born with autism :)
