Do all cellphones receive/send text?

im wondering bcuz i have a cellphone that cost me about 30 dollars and i was wondering if i can still receive/send text

its a at&t LG

its not a modern one

not the flip or slide ones

just a normal one

  1. YES THEY COULD ALL RECEIVE OR SEND TEXT MESSAGES DEPENDIN ON UR PLAN 2 IF ITS BLOCKED OR NOT


  2. Not all can send or receive text/sms. Specially in case of CDMA phones.

    I suggest you should check with the manufacturer's website or outlet for best opinion.
