Do all cells have nuclues?

  1. All the cells have membrane bounded nucleus except prokaryotes.They have nucleiod instead of nucleus which is not membrane bounded.

    Mature RBCs also do not contain nucleus.

No all cellls do not have nuclei.The cells with nuclei are known as eukaryotic cells and include animal cells,plant cells,fungi cells(all of which you are familiar with).Then,there is a level of cellular organization known as prokaryotic cells.These cells have no nuclei,circular DNA (as opposed to the common double helical DNA ) and no membrane bound organelles(no organelles surrounded by membranes).Examples include bacterial cells and algae.
