We have re-fitted our kitchen & are looking to buy a new fridge freezer , frost free of course! I would like one with a chilled water and ice dispenser, but all the ones i have seen say need plumbed in. Is it possible to buy one that you can fill yourself? I would probably be buying this via internet, i live in Scotland. Thanks for your help!

  1. sheeesh women. it's called ice cube trays and pitcher of water just think of them as the dispencers they were designed to be and put them in the fridge freezer and you will need no plumbing. you should have plumbed for it when you refitted the kitchen.

  2. ALL with ICE dispensers need to be plumbed in as they need a source of mains water for the ice.

Most with JUST just water dispensers have a tank inside that you fill yourself.

those Whit BOTH need to be plumbed in .

plumbing in can be done as  DIY thing basically they use a washing machine connector and self-tapping ones can be bought from DIY stores
