Do all guys get pre-***?

I don't My girlfriend sometimes get mad because its not that easy for me to  do it, my doc said that everything is in my mind and that I need more concentration. sometimes is frustrating for me. Hope this helps you.

I always thought that all guy's get it, but I am sure there is a possibility that he doesn't.
