Do all hamsters sleep with their eyes closed?If not,which ones do?

I am going to get a a hamster or hamsters (I haven't decided yet) I am looking for research on them so I know what to except of them :)

  1. All hamsters definitely sleep with their eyes closed. If a hamster smells or hears something that gets his attention, he might half open his eyes but he should get back to sleep with closed eyes. A hamster sleeping for a long time with eyes open is a sick hamster and needs immediate vet attention.
