  1. No, not all judges are like that.  A lot of that is for entertainment purposes.  That being said, I have worked for judges that rant and rave and pound their fists.  She once asked me, when I was discussing a probationer of mine that had a drug problem and that I felt he needed treatment, "Have you fallen out of your tree."

  2. No, they are not all like that. She is like that because a camera is in her face and she has to act "hard".

I have a friend that is a young Judge and he's not like that at all......anyone who has children knows how to keep humble, especially Judges.

  3. yea they are all exactly the same

  4. Not that I have seen. Her conduct is actually not how most judges act. In my area if a judge acted like the way she does, they would be fired. Probably for 'conduct unbecoming a civil servant'

  5. Not all are like that. But ys some are.

I saw one that was hilarious (kinda mean) but hilarious none the less, she went of one guy like she was dr evil "zipit, zipit, ziiiiiip it, zip zip zip"

everyone laughd. It was in his best interest though, he won his case but was quite close to losing it due his rambling.

  6. I love Judge Judy.  She believe that the system shouldn't pay for stupidity.  If you can't take care of your children, don't have them and don't make the state pay for them.  Why have you got all that bling and don't have a job?

Anyway, not all are but most have some kind of personality.  Some are quiet and to the point, some act like a JJ wannabe, some are really screwy.  I've never met one I liked.

  7. The reason why Judge Judy is on TV is because she's rude and on the "wild side".  most judges are very professional, and  respectful, but every once in a blue moon, you'll find someone who idoloizes Judge Judy.

In my mind, it gives a bad generalization of what the justice system is like, which then leads to disrespect for all authority as a society...
