I was just wondering does it happen with all boys or only some boys , and is it cuz you are turned on ?

Not all but most do.  And it has nothing to do with having to pee.  Do a search for "nocturnal penile tumescence"

no, it doesn't happen to every guy every morning or even most mornings. It happens to a lot of guys, but not 100%.
