  1. All people have the right to be happy, but not at the expense of others. In other words, your rights end where mine begin.

  2. no , child molester's and murder's don't

  3. Being happy is a short lived emotion.  The pursuit of happiness is where the real good feelings are.

  4. They have the right to be, but "Christians", the government and certain other groups do all they can to prevent it.

  5. There is no person in this world who is not happy. Sounds incorrect but this is true. Every one is happy in this world.

I can prove.............   I am happy, I have no tension of my own , the only problem is ... why my nehbour is happy.......... and that's my problem. This thought makes every one unhappy. Just look at the smile of one year old child, you will also agree with me.

  9. Of course. Everyone has the right to be happy. The real question should be do all people WANT to be happy. It's their decisions in life that lead them to accept and achieve happiness. If you want to be happy, make the right decisions for yourself. It's the only way to achieve happiness.

  10. Happiness is not a right, it is a choice. You may choose to be happy or not.

It's the same as asking "Do all people have the right to love or be loved, to hate or be hated, to laugh or cry...???"

There's no "right" to any of those.

    But there is choice.

  11. its up to them. if they want to be happy they can be happy.
