Do all polaroid cameras flip down?

That one looks like it does.  But to answer your question, No not all Polaroid cameras flip down.  

Here's some different kind of Polaroids:

While Polaroid is probably mostly associated with the 600 film and cameras that use that film, they also made other types of cameras, which also do not flip down.
