Do all prenatal vitamins help with hair growth or...?

would it depend on the amount of the vitamin that is promoting the hair growth? Because i think that the reason prenatal vitamins promote hair growth is because of the vitamin E, is 100% (30 IU) enough?

I think so. I couldn't tell you for sure, but I would think so. Either way, any reputable prenatal vitamin is going to benefit you a lot and most likely promote hair growth.

look for ones that contain biotin- you could also just take biotin supplements
