Do all red heads have holes in their ears?

of course they do! everyone else is wrong. everyone has a hole in the middle of their ear, which is called the middle ear. but what property of echo is talking about is the hole that all natural redheads have in their right earlobes. for some of them it's not even noticeable, but the holes can be up to an inch wide, like the freak on mtv.

Yes.  The hole allows them to hear. As a matter of fact blondes and brunettes have holes in their ears too. Old people still have holes in their ears too even though their hair has changed to gray.

I never thought there were stupid questions.  But here is one.

Think about it- how would red hair link to the ear?  And are your talking about piercing holes or what?  That's just silly.
