Do all the Noah family get reborn in a new body once they die?

Question

Its confusing, but does "Noah" get reborn each time the former host dies? Or is it just the one host that they are in? So Skin Bolic dies and comes back in another human, or is he gone forever? Why is the 14th coming back in Allen, then? The Earl commented the Noah of Pleasure, when he was falling with Lero in the arc, "From each generation"...that got me confused. Help?

i don't think so with tyki the way he is i don't think skin is coming back but maybe road is as for jasdebi it would be intresting to see what he would do if he came back

I think Skin Bolic is dead forever cuz the Noah's were crying.  The 14th is coming back in Allen because the 14th implanted himself in Allen (it hasn't been explained how he did it).  I just reviewed the chapter when he was falling with Lero, it didn't say "From each generation", he was talking about how Tykki Mikki used to repress his Noah.
