Do all verizon home phone plans have free nights and weekends?

Home telephones?   If you are talking about landlines, there are plans that give you unlimited calls in the US, any time of day.   They are called "Freedom Plans".  Not all of Verizon's land line phone plans are unlimited.

Or are you talking about cell phones?

Not all are unlimited. Dump Verizon and use a cellphone with "unlimited" long distance.....

Remember, DUMP VERIZON, there are companies that will treat you better and charge you less....
