Do they all have similar body temperature? If not, how do normal blood pressure and body temperature vary among them?

  1. No. They don't. Giraffes have high blood pressure so that the blood can get all the way up that long neck from heart to head. Small animals don't need such high blood pressure. Some small mammals are less able to regulate their temperatures and this is why they must hibernate in the winter or aestivate in the summer.
