Do all windows Vista have blue tooth?

My vista manual and Vista help has blue tooth instructions but they are different to what my computer is like. i read where it said Vista had Blue tooth so does mine have too? i tried searching for blue tooth devices with my phone but it wouldn't pick up my computer

Vista supports Bluetooth... it doesn't 'have' bluetooth. Whether or not you can use Bluetooth depends on if your computer has the correct hardware. By the sounds of things, yours doesn't.

Having bluetooth or not depends on your computer, not on the OS (operating system) that you have installed.

Vista can have bluetooth managing-software, but your computer has to have a 'bluetooth antenna'.
