Yes they do.  In fact the manufacturers were so impressed with how they served them that they now sell them pre-arranged in a pyramid shape.

The tradition of serving them at diplomatic parties actually came about when the CIA attempted to assasinate Castro at a special party the american government held when Castro made his famous visit to the US.  J Edgar Hoover (or someother tranny) knew Castro had a fatal nut allergy and hoped to used the high nut trace content of the chocolate to take Castro out.
