  1. No, much like DVD's have regions as do XBox360 games as well as most other games.

    You would have to find a region free game, by a search online. There are a few games offered, although it isn't really economically a good idea. I recently brought Ghost Recon: Advanced warfighter region free from china.

    Another option is a mod chip, but this will void the warranty and is 100% illegal. Good luck.
