You bet. I once had a dog that liked beer. Don't go down that road! And drunk elephants can sometimes be a real problem in parts of Africa and India, though the marula fruit as the cause of their intoxication seems to have been found not to be true.

The answer is - Yes, they do. A high amount of alcohol affects the animals just like humans.

yes..in fact even in the ancient times,animals that take too much of grapes get "drunk".

antelopes that eat too much of it can't help sit down because they get dizzy walking just like humans do.

Other than humans, I see an example every winter outside my window.

Pyracantha berries (sometimes called Christmas berries) sit on the bush and ferment. The jays love them, and when they have pigged out on the boozy berries it's pretty funny to watch them fly.
