  1. they just dont eat.


  2. they don't have enough energy to exercise


  3. A majority of the time, they restrict their diet, and overexercise. They burn  too many calories that their body can handle, which is often why they get very sick.

  4. just stop eating

    they rarely have the energy to exersise, as when you eat no food you have no energy
