Do anti-feminists love or hate women?

Question

I often hear that old-fashioned policies and treatment of women are chivalrous attempts to 'protect' them out of a genuine love and appreciation for women.

However, I often read anti-feminist statements on here that are very insulting and degrading to women, such as that women are stupid, illogical, weak, hypocritical, etc.

So what are your thoughts? Are anti-feminists really trying to ensure what is best for women, or do many actually look down on women and believe they don't 'deserve' equality? :-)

 Anti-feminists as myself hate the feminist ideology, not women. We both need each other, we're nothing without the other. I'm all for equality as it was when the feminist movement first started on the right track, but than went off the planet. Now feminism is all about trashing men left and right.
