In the old days most of them smoked.

Jimmy Spencces smokes cigars.

Most drivers do not smoke, just as most athletes in any sport do not smoke.  I do not know of one that does.  

As for marijuana, NASCAR has a no drug policy and they will get suspended if caught with it.  So, I am pretty sure there is none of that as well.

i doubt any of them are currently smoking weed and probaly arent smokin cigarattes because of the endurance it takes while driving the cars, smokin aint gonna make it any easier. mabe some of those guys out of F1 ocassionally puff on a fine cuban cigar. :)
