Do any americans want to go to Australia? I know myself that i am desperate to go to America!?

Me and my sister are like desperate to go to america.

Do any americans actually want to go to Australia?

what are your initial thoughts of Oz?

yeah i totally want to go their so bad. we usually think aussies are cool even though they can think we are american jerks lol. i think it would be really fun to go there and hear their cool accents. aussies seem to think we have cool accents to even though to me mine is rather boring

I would love to go to Austrailia! I only know about as much as the Outback (restaurant) has taught me but it seems like a beautiful place. I dont think America is all that special. I guess it just goes to prove that you want what you dont have and you want to be where you arent. :)

Im an American and I live in Australia.

It's ok. It's not exactly my fave place on the earth.

I would! To visit... I did my very first essay (in elementary school) on Australia and last week one of my best friends moved back there... :(

It seems like a beautiful place and the people just seem more laid back and friendly. My friend who just moved back said that it isn't such a rat race there as in the US... But I still love living in the US.

I am American and I have wanted to go to Australia forever!  I even bought a boomerang and learned how to throw and catch it, I realize that is a cliche` just like all Americans own a gun is a cliche`.  

I know a guy who went there while he was in the Air force and he said it wasn't really that great, but I still want to go.  I don't have a particular reason either, but I like to Scuba Dive and I am told that the girls there LOVE our Accent...so that would be a plus...to be treated like a British guy with an accent is treated here in the states.

We'll do an exchange program...me and you...whenever I get back to the states anyway!

You would LOVE America.  It's a great country and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.  You have to come out and see NYC and everything this beautiful country has to offer.   I would like to visit Sydney and some other places in Australia.

i think the same thing and American accents are really weird and i speak normall. I want to go to America but i still love Australia

Plenty do, I believe. One reason is that yours is one of the few countries/continents that doesn't make us want to hang ourselves out of shame. Thanks, Australians, for not making us feel like c**p. Women probably assume a lot of men there look like Ledger or Jackman. We men just want to fight crocs. and kangaroos, but not Aussie guys (we're not tough enough).
