Do any car dealers pay sales staff a salary?

I know most are commission, but do any pay a base salary? If so what is it normally?

some have guaranteed minimums that vary depending on location.  These will usually be between $2000-$3500/month.  

If you earn that minimum you probably won't be around for long, they don't want to keep someone that is costing them money.

If you are an employee with scheduled hours (mandatory) they have to pay you at least minimum wage (even the places without a salary)once again, if you use that you'll probably be fired.
