Do any companies in Toronto rent out rogers portable internet to visitors?

I don't live in Toronto, but visit from overseas, and would like to have internet access without having to find a internet cafe or hotspot

90% of the hotel now have in room high speed internet to there guests even palce like Days Inn and Econo Lodge are open to this.

But as far as the other places you mentioned and there cost based access other than the librarys then it is in a hotel room, or some offer temporary access like Telus, the cellphone company
