Do any companies offer ARM mortgages with a Terms less than 360 months?

I'm doing mortgage research and am curious if any companies offer a hybrid adjustable rate mortgage (ARM) with terms less than 360 months (e.g. A 5/1 ARM for 240 months).

WHO CARES.... Stay away from adjustable rate mortages as they will s***w you in the end... look at the foreclosure rate right now and you will see the ARM on the top of the list for the reasons why... you need to get in a good fixed rate mortgage for 15 years or you are not ready to buy a house.. i know that sounds harsh but you need to be able to afford a house to be responsible enough to buy a house.
