  1. oh h**l yes! Russia, China, Korea, and every extremist group in Africa, the middle east, and south america.  


  2. I would imagine there are things going on that we can't even fathom.Take cloning for example.They say it is illegal.But I have to figure that there is all kinds of research going on in that field behind the curtains because no superpower can afford to let another superpower get an advantage.

  3. The Zulu of Kawazulu-Natal Province in South Africa enroll their young men in an Impi or battalion when they are at an early age to train them as warriors.  

  4. Sadly yeah.  Iran and China are some of the worst violators of this. However it's not in the sense that they're choosing genes and what not. Rather they breed them by instilling in their children from the earliest ages that the best thing they can do for the government is to serve. Required conscription (mandatory service) doesn't hurt that either.  They have no choice but to serve, so why not indoctrinate them to begin with?
