You must mean adding oil to the gas which would be a two stroke engine. A four stroke engine like your car does not require adding oil to the fuel. Most jet skis are now 4 stroke and many lakes are no longer allowing 2 strokes in them. Check your local places and see if they allow 2 strokes if you are going to buy a old used one.
