i wasd forced to sleep on my chest for 3 months, i was in traction in hospital... d**n it was uncomfortable, so much so , one night i flipped myself over in my sleep... it took a few hours to get me turned back over...

I mainly do. I usually try to fall asleep on my back, but like always turn over to my side and eventually to my stomach. That just feels the most comfortable for me, I guess!

I pass out on my back and usually wake up on my chest or side, so I really don't know.

Yup! In fact, I have three different pillows that I'll often switch out depending on the night and temperature. If I'm lying on my back in the middle of summer and after 20 minutes I'm still not asleep and my back is getting warm, I'll grab a smaller, thinner pillow, and flip over and sleep on my chest with the new pillow. I sleep on all four sides.

i do! i can,t sleep any other way. when i first go to bed i,am on my side, but not for long, then i,am on my belly.

I find it real uncomfy.. I don't have a belly as such, so nothing to lift me up, meaning my neck gets strained, being held up by the pillow. I also don't like 'down there' restricted.. So i sleep on my back or side.
