Have you tried looking onthe HBCU website? There are lots of universities and colleges listed. I found this website http://www.hbcuconnect.com/ where you can connect with other HBCU student and facility. I wouldn't doubt MBA programmes are being offered, I think it really depends on where you want to attend.
