Do any of the fake doctors note sites work?

Question

I made a big mistake and chose a day with my girl over a day of work but they need a doc excuse not. I don't even have an absence problem, just wanted to be sure my tracks would be covered and spat out the lie, now I feel stupid. OBVIOUSLY its too late to tell the truth, i was just wondering if any of those fake note sites work or is there a possibility at all to get away with it.

all I know is someone at my school tried to use one and did not get away with it.
