Do any of the previous Tampa Bay Rays doubters still doubt them

A lot of people have said they will just fade away but I think they are going to put up a fight until the end. Any other year they would have lost a game like today but they fought back and fought back. Now I'm not saying they will or won't fade away but as the days go by it looks a lot like they are going to be here to fight through the dog days of September.

everyone who once doubted them are still doubting them in someway. they think its a fluke of luck and that they are too you to ever win it all. they are a good team and they deserve to be where they are and to make it all the way. No one starts out perfect, you have to make your way up and it just took them 10 years to finally get it all together

The Rays got lucky today. The Tigers' closer had a 5.60 ERA. What did you expect? The Indians will shut them out tomorrow.

The schedule is the enemy.

The scariest part of this season is that the Red Sox have the easiest remaining schedule between Rays/Yankees/Red Sox. Still, it's going to be a battle for all three teams for various reasons.

September is brutal. If the Rays don't have a significant lead by then (and in all likelihood, they won't), they could collapse.

man i know they shouldn't doubt them. these young players are fighting and not even getting  noticed by some. they deserve to be considered title contenders.

i believe that they have more faith then any other team and that this is their year to shine along with the next 10+ years.

I never doubted the Rays. They are a great young team that has potential to go all the way despite everyone else claiming they are going to collapse...Now the true test for the Rays is come September when 17 of their 27 games are road games...

I've marked my calender already. This division will be tight as h**l come September and the slightest mistake may land a team right past the wild card and out of the playoffs. I never doubted you guys but I'd really enjoy the Sox and Rays taking the division and wild card, and the Yankees missing the playoffs. So here's the deal. You have to sweep the Yankees both times in September, and split both of our series 3-3. Then neither of us will lose ground, but you'll knock the Yankees out of the division.  Sound good?
