I know, I know... everyone is going to say don't take diet pills, but has anyone had any significant results with any one particular pill? I had a baby almost 2 months ago and I am dieting and exercising regularly. Please let me know any experiences you have had with any one pill!

  1. If you want to lose weight quickly i suggest you to try Proactol. Few months ago I purchase their pills and within a month i was succesfull. I lose 3kg in under a month. Just to let you know that this pills have got any side effect they just burn the fat. I am still drinking them and all can i say they are the best. I have tryied alot of products such as hodiaa but never got a good result until i found Proactol.

Just do little research on google about them or visit their site and have a look http://pr0actol.com

  2. Hi, I can tell you about a brand new weight loss / hunger management , portion control capsule called FORM

Portion control is a very important part of weight loss. Many of us over eat and consume more calories than we are able to burn off.

FORM helps with this, you take it 30 minutes before a meal with water.

It swells up in your stomach so you eat less and feel full faster. You even feel full between meals and that helps eliminate compulsive snacking. FORM has no side effects and is drug and stimulant free. It works 100% of the time.

  3. Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com

Good luck and stay focused = )

  4. Only started taking reductil pills from doctors on thursday as I need to loose weight because of diabetes, they are suppose to make you feel full.....not yet their not and this is the 2nd day.

  5. you just had a baby months ago chill out. i know what its like thou. regret worrying about everything i ate thou i hardly remember my baby first chuckle and smile. most weight loss pills do work with or without diet and exercise because they are loaded with caffeine or caffeine by product(hope you dont plan on breast feeding with these). and you will pile the weight on staight way. try frequent meals, limit or no sugar in tea coffee cearal. plenty of chicken fish and lean red meat. most green veg great, wholemeal pasta rice they dont taste that bad. peas, carrot, corn and pot all really high in carb and not good one so try not to eat them all for tea. skim milk not too much other dairy but dont complety cut it out. good luck. try not to think of it as diet but a  healthy life change.

  6. Be careful with diet pills--I've had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it's been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! I've lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills.

  7. I have been there after having children and figured out quickly that diet pills do not work.

I tried all of them, and they just made me feel sick. Yes, that does cause you to not want to eat, but then your body will hold on to the food you do consume even more.

The quick fix is dieting and exercise. It lasts a lifetime and makes you feel good.

  8. No.  This is the funniest thing in the world.  Read the label.  They all claim that you will lose weight if you combine the pill with a proper diet and exercise.... Yeah what a revelation.  If you combine picking your nose 4 hours a day with proper diet and exercise you will lose weigh too, but I dont recommend picking your nose that much or you will have exceptionally large nostrils and will have to start posting blogs on rhinoplasty

  9. there is a new diet pill out called Apatrim only sold at walgreens and CVS or on the internet at Apatrim.com studies show that an average of 8lbs were lost without excersize. You take a pill before each meal with 8oz glass of water a half hour before. Havnt tried it yet but going to.
