Do any of you actually go through the Valpak coupons?

i tried once and was redirected to the different coupon websites.  then was  asked to download some program in order to print coupons. so i newer dounload that toolbar. therefore i did not print any coupons, if there  were any legit coupons to print. i get my coupons from http://promocodes2011.com/friends-and-family-coupons/ . atleast i know that coupons from that website are working.
